    Azerbaijan Reopens Embassy in Damascus After 13-Year Closure

    Azerbaijan has officially reopened its embassy in Damascus, Syria, after a 13-year closure. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the embassy’s Charge d’affaires has arrived in the Syrian capital and begun his duties.

    The Ministry reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s commitment to supporting the establishment of lasting peace and stability in Syria, in line with international law.
