The foreign ministers of France, Italy, Germany, and Britain have issued a joint statement expressing their support for an Arab-led plan that requires $53 billion for the reconstruction of Gaza and also seeks to prevent the displacement of Palestinians.
According to Reuters, the four countries have described the proposed plan as a “realistic path” for rebuilding Gaza, stating that it would help improve the lives of Palestinians in the region.
