Director General of Administrative Affairs Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlawi Noorul Haq Anwar said that providing accurate and reliable information is essential to strengthening public awareness and trust, adding that effective communication through the media plays an important role in fostering public understanding and public satisfaction.
Speaking at the inauguration of the “Government Through the Lens of the Media” program, he said opponents of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan are unwilling to accept the country’s ongoing progress and therefore attempt to divert public attention by disseminating false and misleading information.
He stressed that accurate and timely information should be shared with media outlets and communicated to the public to ensure the facts are clearly understood.
