Anadolu News Agency reported that dozens of Europeans held demonstrations in front of the European Council in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, demanding that the council’s leaders impose sanctions on Israel to stop its attacks on Gaza.
According to the report, the protesters questioned why the European Union can impose sanctions on Russia but does not take similar measures against Israel’s continued bombardment and blockade.
The demonstrators emphasized that Gaza is facing a severe humanitarian crisis, and the global silence is only worsening the situation.
