The Ministry of Information and Culture reported that 60 students have completed English language courses at the free educational center run by the Youth Affairs Directorate of Panjshir’s Directorate of Information and Culture.
At the graduation ceremony, Panjshir Governor Hafiz Mohammad Agha Hakim stressed that acquiring knowledge in modern sciences, technology, and computer studies is a fundamental necessity today. He stated that such expertise provides the capacity for effective resistance and struggle against the enemies of Islam.
Mawlawi Nasrullah Malikzada, Panjshir’s Director of Information and Culture, said that nearly 1,000 young people have graduated from the center’s various programs this year.
He added that, for the second time, the educational center under the Department of Information and Culture has introduced university entrance (Kankor) exam preparation classes, offering in the provincial capital as well as across seven districts of Panjshir.
