Arab media report that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi began a Gulf tour on Sunday, which includes official visits to Qatar and Kuwait. The trip aims to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance coordination on regional and international matters.
According to the reports, President el-Sisi will visit Qatar first, followed by Kuwait, where he is expected to hold talks with the leaders of both countries on economic cooperation, the situation in Gaza, the ceasefire, and reconstruction efforts.
The visit is part of Egypt’s broader initiative to promote Arab cooperation, consolidate a unified stance on regional security challenges, and reaffirm Egypt’s strategic role in the Gulf.
