The Nangarhar provincial media office reported that each family received food supplies worth seven thousand Afghanis.

Mawlawi Hamid, head of the Ummah Charity Foundation, added that the organization had also assisted 800 impoverished, orphaned, and vulnerable families the previous day, and affirmed that such support will continue in the coming days.
