Reuters reported that France’s National Assembly passed a law banning social media use for children under 15.

The law will now move to the French Senate, and once ratified, it will formally ban children under 15 from accessing social media in France.

Earlier, Australia introduced a similar measure in December last year, restricting social media access for children under 16.
