    Indian and Russian Leaders Emphasize Joint Cooperation in Several Areas

    The Hindustan Times has reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a meeting in New Delhi, discussed efforts for peace in Ukraine and the expansion of bilateral trade.

    Modi emphasized that his country supports all hopes and efforts for peace in Ukraine, and Putin thanked the Indian Prime Minister for his efforts in resolving the crisis.

    According to Putin, he discussed with the Indian government the situation in Ukraine and the steps Russia is taking, including with the United States and other partners, toward a potential peaceful resolution.

    The Russian President also stressed the importance of expanding economic cooperation with India and stated that both countries will enhance joint work in high technology, aviation, space, and artificial intelligence.
