The Ministry of Higher Education confirms that Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al‑Aryoubi, Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs, together with Mawlawi Sakhaullah Saeed, Deputy Minister of Education, and their delegation met with the Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan.
The discussion centered on expanding scientific and academic cooperation, finalizing bilateral agreements, and facilitating the exchange of expertise between universities.
Representatives from both the interim government’s Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Education travelled to Tatarstan to participate in the Third International Scientific Forum of Ministers of Higher Education and Education.
