Iran’s Foreign Ministry has announced that Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi met with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, during his visit to Saudi Arabia for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers’ meeting.

According to the ministry, both ministers emphasized the importance of supporting Islamic countries, particularly Syria and Palestine. They also stressed the need to enhance cooperation between Iran and Turkey.

It is worth noting that the OIC meeting took place yesterday, during which, in addition to other matters, a plan for the reconstruction of Gaza was approved.
