The Iraqi Islamic Resistance has warned it will directly enter the conflict if the United States expands its military strikes against Iran, according to Iran’s ISNA news agency.
In a statement released early Monday, the group said that if the United States continues to escalate its attacks on Iran, it will launch a direct and full-scale confrontation against U.S. forces.
It’s worth noting that the Iraqi Islamic Resistance has previously carried out attacks against U.S. forces in support of Iran.
