Mohammad Ashraf Haqshenas, spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Works, announced that reconstruction work on both lanes of the Kabul–Parwan Highway has officially commenced, with the project being carried out at a cost of 174 million Afghanis.
Haqshenas added that the reconstruction project is being overseen and monitored by the Kabul Directorate of Public Works.
According to him, the reconstruction of the highway will improve traffic flow and help reduce travel difficulties for citizens and commuters.
