Local sources say that Rahim Sasoli, an important member of a pro-Pakistani regime group known as the Death Squad, was killed along with his guard in a targeted attack in Balochistan.
Sources add that he and his guard were attacked by unknown armed motorcyclists in the Nimragh area of Qalat district in Balochistan.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Baloch Freedom Fighters have a strong presence in the area.
Local sources state that Pakistan’s military regime supports armed groups gathered under the umbrella of the Death Squad and uses them in operations against Baloch Freedom Fighters.
