    Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi Holds Farewell Meeting with Turkish Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires in Kabul

    Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi held a farewell meeting in Kabul with the Turkish Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires and Counselor, Cenk Ünal.

    According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two sides discussed regional issues as well as the expansion of political and economic relations between Kabul and Ankara.

    Minister Muttaqi expressed gratitude for Turkey’s efforts in hosting negotiations between Afghanistan and Pakistan’s military regime.

    Meanwhile, Cenk Ünal expressed satisfaction with his mission in Afghanistan, stating that both countries had made significant progress in strengthening bilateral relations.
