    Minister of Mines and Petroleum Encourages Uzbek Investors to Invest in Afghanistan

    During his visit to Uzbekistan, the Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, met with the country’s Minister of Energy, the Director of Oil and Gas, the President of the University of Geology, the Deputy Minister of Information and Technology, and Afghan businessmen residing in Uzbekistan.

    According to a press release from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, the Acting Minister urged Uzbek investors to invest in Afghanistan’s mining sector during these discussions.

    Additionally, the enhancement of the capacity of Afghan engineers and the effective utilization of the country’s mineral resources were key topics of these talks.
