    Myanmar Government: Death and Injury Toll from Earthquake Surpasses 3,000

    Myanmar’s military government has announced that the death toll from yesterday’s devastating earthquake has exceeded 1,000, while the number of injured has risen beyond 3,000.

    The earthquake, which struck central Myanmar, was also felt in China, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, and several other neighboring countries.

    The military government has urged the international community to provide humanitarian aid for those affected by the disaster.

    Furthermore, the earthquake has inflicted significant financial losses in Thailand.
