As the sole and authoritative body for population registration in the country, the authority provides vital services daily to thousands of citizens in both the capital and provinces. In some cases, individuals visit the central office to resolve issues related to citizenship identification cards, birth certificates, and other essential documents.
This new system, developed by the authority’s Information Technology Department, aims to resolve any appointment-related challenges, improving the overall experience for the public.
