The Deputy Spokesperson of the Afghan government, Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, has announced the casualty figures resulting from last night’s attacks by Pakistan’s military regime on the provinces of Paktia, Paktika, and Kunar.

He stated that, so far, 36 civilians, including women and children, have been martyred, while 163 others have been injured in the attacks.

Mr. Fitrat said the strikes targeted civilian homes in Samkani District of Paktia Province, Giyan District of Paktika Province, and Munwarah District of Kunar Province.

The highest number of casualties occurred in Mandokhel village of Samkani District, where the military regime reportedly carried out an attack on local villagers and rescue workers who had gone to assist the victims.

The Deputy Spokesperson also stated that three residential houses were completely destroyed in the Pakistani regime’s overnight attacks on Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the Afghan government’s spokesperson, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, strongly condemned the attacks, describing them as an act of brutality, a crime, and an aggression.
