The Ministry of Justice has announced that 1,730 jeribs of land in a township named Sultan Mahmood Ghaznavi in Ghazni province have been officially confirmed as state-owned.

The ministry added that after evaluation, the case file of the mentioned land had previously been referred, in accordance with Article 17 of the Law on the Restitution of Grabbed Lands, to the Special Court for Handling Cases of State-Grabbed Lands in the Central Zone.

Following a thorough review of documents, records, property registers, and after obtaining information from relevant institutions, the court ruled that the land belongs to the state.

The Ministry of Justice stated that the process of reviewing, confirming, and reclaiming state-owned lands is currently ongoing at an accelerated pace across the country.
