The Ministry of Justice states that the Special Court for Addressing Cases of Usurped Emirate -owned Lands in the Central Zone has ruled, after reviewing documents and evidence, that 841.254 jeribs of land located in Alokhail village of Kabul’s Security District 16 are state-owned.
The ministry adds that, following an evaluation of documents presented by occupants and the commission, the court determined that the land had been officially registered and surveyed in the name of the state.
According to the ministry, the court decided that the land should be handed over to the Commission for the Prevention of Land Grabbing and the Restitution of Usurped Lands.
The Ministry of Justice also noted that the process of reviewing, confirming, and reclaiming state lands is ongoing at an accelerated pace across the country.
