Local sources informed Voice of Hindukush that at 8:10 AM today, Pakistani Taliban ambushed a military convoy of seven vehicles near the Zarmari Petrol Pump in the Sheratala Boble area of Mir Ali district, North Waziristan. The attack resulted in the deaths of nine soldiers and injuries to eleven others.
The attack also targeted a military vehicle with a RPG, completely destroying it.
In a separate incident, the Pakistani Taliban conducted another ambush today in the Bara district of Khyber province, causing significant casualties among Pakistani military personnel.
