Local sources from Voice of Hindukush in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa report that the Pakistani Taliban killed a member of Pakistan’s military intelligence in a targeted attack in Tangai village, located in the Salarzai district of Bajaur.
The individual was identified as an intelligence operative affiliated with the Pakistani army.
The Pakistani government and its security agencies have not released any statements regarding the incident.
It is worth noting that the Pakistani Taliban have repeatedly warned all personnel of Pakistan’s security agencies that they will be targeted by any means necessary if they do not abandon their duties.
