Poland has assumed the rotating presidency of the European Union Council, with a key focus on “Security, Europe,” according to Reuters.
This is the second time in Poland’s history to have held this leadership position.
While Hungary completed its six-month term, now Poland is tasked with leading the EU in addressing regional security issues and enhancing cooperation among member states.
