The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said Minister Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor met with Nuristan Governor Zain-ul-Abideen Abid to discuss the progress of development projects in the province and the needs of local residents.
According to the ministry, the Nuristan governor briefed the minister on development projects in the province and raised local concerns and needs, including the construction of additional water supply networks.
Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor said the ministry gives priority to underserved and remote areas and will work within its available resources to implement more development projects in Nuristan.
