According to a report by The Moscow Times, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that Russian security forces shot and killed a suspected member of a terrorist group at a railway station in the city of Pskov.
The source stated that the individual attempted to resist the FSB officers with armed force during the operation.
