The media office of the Hamas movement stated that, following the martyrdom of Khalil al-Hayya’s fourth son, Azzam, in an Israeli strike, several world leaders and officials have extended their condolences and expressed sympathy to him.

According to the statement, Mahmoud Abbas, the Prime Minister of Qatar, the heads of intelligence in Egypt and Türkiye, the Grand Mufti of Oman, as well as representatives of several other Palestinian factions, have sent messages of condolence to Khalil al-Hayya.

The sources added that, in their messages, these officials praised the sacrifices of the Palestinian people and strongly condemned the Israeli attacks.

In response, Khalil al-Hayya stressed that such actions would not weaken their resolve, adding that they would continue their struggle until their last breath.
