    Sheikh Muhammad Thawab Martyred in an Accidental Shooting by His Son

    Sources close to Sheikh Muhammad Thawab confirmed to Voice of Hindukush that he was martyred in an accidental incident at his home.
    According to the sources, the incident occurred when his son was cleaning a firearm, which unintentionally discharged. The bullet struck Sheikh Muhammad Thawab in the head, leaving him critically injured.

    Following the incident, he was taken to Kabul’s Emergency Hospital for treatment. However, due to the severity of his injuries, he passed away after a short period of hospitalization.
    The sources emphasized that the incident was entirely accidental and was not an intentional act of harm.
