The spokesperson for the Khost Provincial Governor, Mustaghfir Gurbaz, announced in a press release that the Directorate of Mines has discovered a substantial quartz mineral deposit in the Shamal Dwa Mandah District of Khost Province.
According to the statement, quartz is utilized in the manufacturing of glass, television screens, wristwatches, rings, necklaces, telescopes, binoculars, radar systems, and various other products.
