Former senior Pakistani military officer Adil Raja, citing his sources, claimed that Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, along with the city of Rawalpindi, is effectively under U.S. control.

He further stated that senior Pakistani officials, including Asim Munir, Ishaq Dar, and Mohsin Naqvi, underwent security screening by U.S. agencies before departing to receive U.S. Vice President JD Vance.

According to sources cited by Adil Raja, the security arrangements of the Pakistani military are also under foreign control.

The sources further noted that, in contrast, these Pakistani officials were not subjected to any security screening before departing to receive the Iranian delegation.
