The collapsed republican system of Afghanistan, which was imposed and ruled over this land by force, accommodated a group of individuals within its structure who believed in nothing but wealth and indulgence. “Let there be money, even if there is no honor and dignity, it doesn’t matter.” This was a saying that had become a slogan among them. These were the same politicians who are now recognized as agents of evil and corruption.
The agents of evil and corruption sold themselves to the Western occupiers in order to have a luxurious and comfortable life. The West ensnared these individuals, who held incorrect beliefs and ideologies, in their greed for money and material wealth. It was this process of education that unconsciously and unwittingly turned this group into the greatest corrupt, thieves, and illiterates in the world. After they became corrupt, they turned against their own people, massacring their nation as long as their masters were present in the country.
The agents of evil and corruption have been employed time and again among the ranks of Islam’s enemies. They have always stood against Islamic and national values. This wicked group, from the very beginning, also forged friendly relations while opposing the enemies of Islam.
This friendship strengthened over time to the point where, at the peak of this bond, they revealed their Islamic and national values. The first damage they inflicted on national values was questioning Afghan identity; they attributed Afghan identity solely to the Pashtun ethnic group, while the term “Afghan” represents all ethnicities and the geography of Afghanistan. Through this identity, people have come together in this vast geography.
If an individual from the Tajik, Uzbek, or any other ethnic group commits illegal acts in foreign countries, this issue is related to their identity, and it is said: “An Afghan was arrested or killed for these crimes.” This heavy burden is placed on all ethnic groups, and instead of other ethnicities, Afghan identity is emphasized, as this identity is considered the fundamental point of unity for all ethnic groups.
This is common in most countries around the world. For example, in Tajikistan, various ethnic groups live, but they are all recognized as Tajiks. In Uzbekistan, various ethnic groups continue their lives under the Uzbek identity. In India, every citizen is called Hindu, in China all citizens are referred to as Chinese. In Pakistan, individuals are identified as Pakistanis, in Turkmenistan, they are known as Turkmen, and in other countries, people are identified by the identity of that country.
The fact that Afghan identity is only attributed to the Pashtun people by agents of evil and corruption here reveals their sinister goals, such as the division of the country; their aim is for each ethnic group in Afghanistan to be recognized as a separate identity and for the country to be divided into several parts: Pashtun, Tajik, Uzbek, Turkmen, Pashai, and other ethnic groups. This separatist thinking is instilled in the people by the agents of evil and corruption. While Afghan identity is a national and common value that brings all ethnic groups together into a single identity, for separatists, this identity is unacceptable.
They view Afghan society from the perspective of the demands of countries hostile to Islam. Countries that, through these individuals, target Islamic values one by one. Sometimes they fight against hijab and claim that this action is the deprivation of women’s freedom by the ruling regime. Sometimes they take a stance against mosques, religious schools, and scholars, spreading rumors about them. These individuals look down on every religious value with disdain and make every effort to change people’s minds against these values. The methods of evil and corruption are completely contrary to the principles and foundations of the Islamic community.
The agents of evil and corruption have praised the foreign invasion of their own country from official addresses. In recent days, the incursion of Pakistan into Afghanistan’s territory was praised by these individuals, and innocent children were labeled as terrorists. This shows that the agents of evil and corruption have no respect for Islamic and national values and even confront some of these values.
