Qari Mansour Ahmad Hamza, deputy spokesman for the Supreme Court, said that Sheikh Mohammad Qasim Rasikh, the court’s Deputy Chief Justice, has traveled to Kapisa Province at the head of a delegation to review the performance of courts in the province.
Hamza said the visit was also aimed at strengthening coordination with provincial government officials.
During the visit, the delegation met with provincial officials, as well as the heads and judicial members of the Appeals Court, Urban Primary Court and district primary courts. The delegation also provided guidance on improving court operations.
The Deputy Chief Justice instructed court officials to treat people seeking judicial services with respect, listen to their concerns and ensure that judicial proceedings are handled on time.
