The Syrian Presidential Palace has rejected reports alleging that President Ahmad al-Shar’a has cooperated with the United States against ISIS and al-Qaeda since 2016.
The state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) dismissed the allegations as unfounded, affirming that al-Shar’a has not engaged in any collaboration with foreign entities.
SANA, citing Syrian Presidential Palace reported that all decisions during that period were made independently, without any requests or coordination from external parties.
