According to international media reports, talks hosted by Malaysia between Thailand and Cambodia have concluded with an agreement on an emergency ceasefire.
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim stated that under the agreement, hostilities along the border between the two countries will cease and an urgent ceasefire will be enforced.
It is worth noting that the conflict began several days ago due to escalating border tensions, resulting in the deaths of over 40 people, more than 200 injured, and over 200,000 displaced.
