The Ministry of Information and Culture announced in a statement that 300 young individuals have graduated from the free educational center under the Department of Youth Affairs in Panjshir Information and Culture Directorate. They completed a three-month computer training program and received their certificates during a formal ceremony.
According to the statement, Panjshir Governor Hafiz Mohammad Agha Hakim, speaking at the graduation ceremony, said that the Western invasion had diverted youth mind’s toward unproductive pursuits. However, with the return of the interim government, opportunities for modern education within the framework of Sharia have been established, encouraging youth to engage in learning new technologies, innovations, and discoveries.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Nasrullah Malikzada, head of the Panjshir Directorate of Information and Culture, stated that under the interim government’s rule, better educational and academic opportunities have been made available for youth in the province. He urged them to make the most of these opportunities.
The graduates, in turn, called on the provincial administration and the Directorate of Information and Culture to continue offering such educational programs.
