The Ministry of Interior has announced that 150 recovered drug addicts have been handed over to their families after undergoing several months of treatment and hospitalization at the ministry’s 5,000-bed rehabilitation and support center.
According to the ministry, these individuals were collected by anti-narcotics personnel in Kabul and various provinces for treatment.
It is noteworthy that since the interim government’s return to power, tens of thousands of drug addicts have received treatment, and this process is still ongoing.
