According to reliable sources from the Voice of Hindukush, a delegation from the Resistance Council has recently been traveling from Turkey to Iran. Although this trip is ostensibly aimed at resolving the issues of Afghan refugees with Iranian officials, the true motives behind it have deep intelligence and political dimensions.
This trip, conducted through direct understanding between Iran and the Resistance Council, is another link in the sequence that was previously represented by the visit of a high-ranking IRGC delegation to Turkey and the subsequent open visit of Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf to Iran. This is the third official and open trip, indicating the continuation of strategic relations between the two sides.
Reliable sources told Voice of Hindukush that the main agenda of this trip remains hidden under the guise of addressing the issues of refugees. Voice of Hindukush also accessed a statement from the Resistance Council, which was published regarding sending its representatives to Pakistan and Iran, but was deleted from its official page shortly after due to privacy concerns. This agenda includes strengthening intelligence coordination under the name of Iran’s foreign policy of the “Resistance Axis,” coordinating propaganda and security activities against the political situation in Afghanistan, and extensive efforts for mutual cooperation against the caretaker Islamic government in Afghanistan.
The Resistance Council apparently stated in the statement that they are going to these countries to solve the problems of the migrants. They added that migrants in these countries are facing security and economic issues, which put them at risk of being detained, imprisoned, and killed; but in reality, they are playing an intelligence game under this pretext.
Documents and evidence obtained by the Voice of Hindukush reveal that the group known as the Resistance Council, whose members are mostly fugitives, notorious, and detested by the public, are making continuous efforts to establish connections with international intelligence agencies. These efforts are reflected not only in individual actions but also in the agenda of the Council’s internal meetings, where it has been emphasized that connections should be made with every country and intelligence center, and all forms of cooperation against the caretaker government in Afghanistan should be sought.
Information shows that the majority of the Resistance Council members not only attempt to contact foreign intelligence agencies, but some of them are official and intelligence personnel of these agencies. Among them, the following individuals have special intelligence backgrounds:
1- Almas Zahid, spokesperson for the Resistance Council and official spy for the ISI. 2- Mohammad Mohaqiq, a member of the Resistance Council leadership and an official spy for the ISI. 3- General Den Muhammad Jurrat, a member of the Resistance Council and the official representative of the Resistance Front to the ISI in Pakistan. 4- Fazl Ahmad Ma’nawi, a member of the Resistance Council leadership and an official spy for American intelligence. And others, about whom documented information will be provided by the Hindukush Voice in due time.
Sources from the Hindukush Voice state that the current trip of the Resistance Council is a continuation of their ongoing efforts aimed at coordinating, spreading false propaganda, and organizing targeted activities against the caretaker government in Afghanistan under the shadow of regional and international intelligence networks.
