Syrian state media, Al-Khabour, reported that the Syrian government has deprived the family and close associates of former President Bashar al-Assad of all civil rights and has declared all of their properties as state-owned.
It is worth noting that the Syrian government had previously also annulled the citizenship of Bashar al-Assad, his brothers, and other senior officials of his regime.
