According to international media reports, U.S. air forces have conducted extensive airstrikes on several key areas in Yemen, including the capital Sana’a, Al-Mahsam, Al-Hudaydah, and Al-Jamimah.
Initial reports indicate that the strikes targeted locations where senior Houthi figures were based, as well as their offices and weapons and ammunition depots.
No details have been provided so far regarding casualties. However, previous U.S. airstrikes on Yemen have caused significant civilian casualties and material losses.
