    Writer: Omid Afghan

It has been more than three years since the Taliban have ruled over Afghanistan. During this period, various groups and factions against the Taliban have emerged under different names, most of which are fictional, operate online, and remain within the realm of propaganda. Among these propaganda addresses, fictional women’s groups have also been created, one of which is the Women’s Council of the Resistance Front.

In the past three years, the Women’s Council of the Resistance Front against the Taliban has periodically issued statements from an unknown location and has taken a stand against some of their decisions in the media; but the question is, who are the women in this council and from where are they being led!?

So far, there is no information about the formation, leadership, goals, and office of the Women’s Council of the Group of Evil and Corruption. This ambiguous address encourages a few project-based women inside and outside the country to create several misleading and promotional clips with covered faces, and then claim that these clips represent half of Afghanistan’s population.

The vague propaganda activities of this council are analyzed in such a way that the Women’s Council of Resistance is considered a fictitious council of Ahmad Massoud’s family, whose main goal is to receive support and money from the West under the pretext of opposing the Taliban.

The group of evil and corruption, by claiming to have a fictitious women’s council, pretends to support all women’s rights in the country, while it is the same agents of evil and corruption who have been exploiting women. The Ministry of Women’s Affairs, safe houses, civil movements, parliamentary seats for women, deputy governorships, and various other posts are merely for show, and now again, protest movements are only for exploitation.

The Resistance Council of Evil and Corruption, which is limited to a single family, has activities that yield results where all their efforts are directed towards obtaining money through projects, not women’s rights or the prosperity and happiness of Afghans.
