According to international media reports, a man drove a car into a crowd at a traditional carnival in Mannheim, Germany, on Monday. The attack resulted in two fatalities and left 25 others injured, with 15 reported to be in critical condition.
Following the incident, local authorities declared a state of emergency in the city, closed major roads, and advised people to stay indoors.
