Reports indicate that two people were killed on Saturday in a snow avalanche in Charagh-Paya village, located in the Pasaband district of Ghor province.
Local security forces and residents have reportedly retrieved the victims’ bodies from the snow.
It is worth noting that this region experiences heavy snowfall and avalanches every winter.
