Israeli defense officials have stated that Pakistani troops may become part of an international force to be deployed in Gaza under the pretext of “maintaining stability.”
According to Israeli media reports, particularly from Ynet, this force is named the International Stabilization Force (ISF), and the plan was presented by Trump at the White House on September 29, 2025.
Sources indicate that, in addition to Pakistan, troops from Indonesia and Azerbaijan will also participate in this controversial mission.
As per the plan, the international force will be stationed in Gaza following the withdrawal of Israeli troops, though 55% of the territory will remain under Israeli control.
This essentially means that Pakistan is supporting the continuation of Israeli occupation in Gaza under the guise of “peacekeeping.”
Many Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, have opposed the plan, stating it legitimizes Israeli occupation.
Analysts argue that Pakistan’s decision is not only a betrayal of the oppressed Palestinian people but also weakens the unified stance of the Islamic world.
