    Due to the intensity of the rain, the camps sheltering displaced Palestinians have been flooded, leaving thousands without any form of shelter.

    The Hamas movement has urged the United Nations, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to take urgent action to deliver aid to Gaza.

    Meanwhile, the Palestinian Meteorological Authority on Saturday issued a warning of even heavier rainfall and the possibility of flooding.
