    Warning Issued for Heavy Precipitation and Strong Winds in Nine Provinces

    The Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, in a statement, has forecast snowfall, rainfall, and strong winds in nine provinces of the country.

    The provinces include Badghis, Faryab, Sar-e Pol, Ghor, Bamyan, Daikundi, Maidan Wardak, Paktika, and Badakhshan.

    The statement adds that the amount of precipitation is expected to range between 10 and 20 millimeters, while winds in the northern and western provinces may reach speeds of 50 to 80 kilometers per hour.
