A report by the Zionist Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reveals that Sadiq Ismail, a special envoy of Sudanese military leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, secretly traveled to Israel last week.

Source suggests that the purpose of the visit was to strengthen coordination with Israel, foster relations with the new U.S. administration, and ease tensions with Abu Dhabi.

The report further notes that Ismail conveyed several messages to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, including a request for the normalization of diplomatic ties between Sudan and Israel.
