    28 Afghan Refugees Released from Pakistani Prisons, Return Home

    The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation announced that 28 Afghan refugees imprisoned in Pakistan were released yesterday on Saturday and have returned to Afghanistan.

    According to the Spin Boldak Border Authority in Kandahar, the individuals had been arrested in various parts of Pakistan and were held in custody for up to five days.

    Following their release, they were registered and provided with humanitarian assistance before being transferred to their home regions.
