    704,300 Metric Tons of Goods Transported Through Afghanistan’s Railways in Asad Month

    The Ministry of Public Works said 704,300 metric tons of goods were transported through Afghanistan’s railway network during Asad month of 1405 solar hijri year.

    According to ministry figures, 464,767 metric tons were transported through the Khaf-Herat route, 137,687 metric tons through Hairatan, 39,831 metric tons through Aqina, and 62,015 metric tons through Torghundi.

    The ministry also reported that 3,751 metric tons of goods were exported through the Torghundi route during Asad.
