The Deputy Technical Minister of Public Works, Abdul Karim Fatah, announced that the survey for the Wakhan Corridor in Badakhshan has been completed. He further stated that work on the project’s design is currently in progress.
Mr. Fatah added that the ministry is prepared to begin construction as soon as the project budget is approved by leadership.
