The Afghan Embassy in Iran says that the acting head of the embassy, Fazl Mohammad Haqqani, met with the head of the South Asia Department at Iran’s Foreign Ministry, Mohammad Reza Bahrami.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral economic and trade issues, the challenges faced by Afghans residing in Iran, and the Herat–Mazar-i-Sharif railway project.
